摘 要:[目的]研究稀酸强化水解对玉米秸秆发酵产氢能力的影响。[方法]对玉米秸秆进行机械粉碎、蒸汽爆破和稀酸水解处理,并分析不同处理、玉米秸秆粒度等对玉米秸秆产氢能力的影响。[结果]蒸汽爆破后采用0.8%稀H2SO4强化水解的预处理方法产氢效果较好;玉米秸秆粒度为0.425~0.850 mm时,产氢效果最好;当0.8%H2SO4(质量)∶秸秆(重量)的液固比为10∶1时,产氢效果较好。[结论]玉米秸秆经蒸汽爆破后,再用0.8%H2SO4强化水解处理可以取得较好的产氢效果。[Objective] The aim was to explore the effects of dilute acid hydrolysis on the capacity of hydrogen production from maize stalk.[Method] Mechanical disintegration,stem explosion and dilute acid hydrolysis were carried out on maize stalk,and the effects of different treatments and particle size of maize stalk on the capacity of hydrogen production from maize stalk were analyzed.[Result] The capacity of hydrogen production of the pretreatment which was treated with 0.8% H2SO4 for hydrolysis after stem explosion was better;the capacity of hydrogen production achieved its best when the particle size of maize stalk was 0.425 – 0.850 mm;when the 0.8% H2SO4(M)∶Straw(W)=10∶1,the capacity of hydrogen production was better.[Conclusion] The capacity of hydrogen production from maize stalk was better when treated with 0.8% H2SO4 for hydrolysis after stem explosion.
