摘 要:[目的]研究乙醇对蚕豆生理特性的作用。[方法]将蚕豆浸泡萌发后的幼苗培养在相同土壤肥力、相同体积的花盆中,分别用浓度1.0%、1.5%、2.0%乙醇及蒸馏水(CK)300 m l浇灌幼苗,第28天测量叶面积,用浸提法测量蚕豆叶片的叶绿素含量。[结果]浓度1.0%乙醇处理的叶绿素含量高于CK,而浓度1.5%、2.0%乙醇处理与CK呈负相关,其中浓度2.0%乙醇处理最低;叶面积与CK呈负相关。[结论]浓度1.0%乙醇对叶绿素a、b、总含量有促进作用,但与叶片面积呈负相关。[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of ethanol on physiological indexes of Vicia faba.[Method] The broad bean seedlings got after seed soaking were trained in soil with the same fertility and flower pots with the same volume.Then the seedlings were irrigated by 1.0%,1.5%,2.0% ethanol and distilled water respectively.The leaf areas were measured 28 days later.The chlorophyll contents of the leaves were measured by soaking measurement.[Result] The chlorophyll contents of leaves treated by 1.0% ethanol were higher than CK.And those treated by 1.5% and 2.0% ethanol showed the negative correlation.The chlorophyll treated by 2.0% ethanol were the lowest.Leaf area showed negative correlation with CK.[Conclusion] 1.0% ethanol can increase the content of Chla,Chlb and the total amount of Chlorophyll,but showed negative correlation with the leaf area.
