摘 要:利用ISSR标记对56个苎麻栽培品种进行了聚类分析。结果表明:15个ISSR引物共扩增出258条带,其中多态性带247条,多态性比率(PPB)为95.82%,平均每个引物扩增出17.2条带。聚类图表明,在遗传距离为0.635处的结合线可将56个苎麻品种分为5类。其中,湖南与湖北的51个苎麻品种聚为一类;贵州的2个苎麻品种聚为另一类;江西的2个苎麻品种和四川的1个品种各自成为一类。可见基本上相邻或相近地区品种的遗传距离较近,说明品种间的亲缘关系与地理来源密切相关。56 cultivars of Boehmeria nivea in Hunan Province were clustered and analyzed based on ISSR markers.The results indicated that 258 DNA bands were amplified by 15 ISSR primers,in which 247 DNA bands were polymorphic,polymorphic ratio(PPB) was 95.82%,17.2 bands were amplified by each primer.Cluster graph indicated that 56 cultivars of Boehmeria nivea were divided into five groups at the conjugation line of 0.635 genetic distances.Hereinto,the fifty-one cultivars in Hunan and Hubei Province formed a group;the two cultivars in Guizhou Province formed the second group;the two cultivars in Jiangxi and one cultivar in Sichuan formed their independent group.It was thus clear that the genetic distance of cultivars in the nearby regions or neighbourhood was closer basically,thus,it indicated that there was a close relationship between genetic relationship and geographical location among cultivars.
