摘 要:[目的]探讨快速检测玉米品质的方法,为今后的大量材料筛选提供依据。[方法]引进南非优质蛋白玉米(QPM)材料,以农大108为对照,利用近红外品质分析仪对其进行品质分析。[结果]测出所引QPM材料中,南非2号、南非5号的籽粒粗蛋白含量分别为9.81%、9.74%;赖氨酸含量均在0.40%以上,分别比对照农大108高10.3%、8.6%。此外,从南非引进优质蛋白玉米自交系5份:zm105、6479、zm305、zm423、zm501,测得其籽粒赖氨酸含量分别为0.41%、0.40%、0.38%、0.38%、0.37%,均比对照农大108籽粒赖氨酸含量高,具有较高的应用价值。[结论]通过引进南非QPM可以改善我国玉米种质基础狭窄的局面,丰富种质资源。[Objective] The basis of the future screening of a large number of maize materials was provided through research on rapid detection method of its quality.[Method] The quality of the good-quality protein maize(QPM) materials introduced from the South African was tested with near-infrared instrument based on the Nongda 108 as CK.[Results] The content of the crude protein in grain of the maize variety: South Africa No.2 and South Africa No.5 were 9.81% and 9.74%,respectively;and the content of lysine was more than 0.40%,which was10.3% and 8.6% higher than those of CK.In addition,the content of lysine5 inbred maize lines: zm105,6479,zm305,zm423,zm501,from South Africa,was 0.41%,0.40%,0.38%,0.38% and 0.37%,respectively,which was higher than those of CK.[Conclusion] The introduction of the QPM maize germplasm from South African improved the base of the maize germplasm resources in China.
