摘　　要：[目的]建立HPLC法测定利咽解毒颗粒中黄芩苷含量的方法。[方法]色谱柱为Agilent zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(V∶V∶V=47∶53∶0.2),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。[结果]在0.5～100.0μg/ml范围内黄芩苷峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为101.14%,RSD值为0.69%(n=9)。[结论]该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。[Objective]To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Liyan Jiedu Keli.[Methods]The HPLC Conditions were as follows：Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（V∶V∶V=47∶53∶0.2）,flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.detection wavelength of 280 nm and column temperature of 30 ℃ [Results]The better linear range of baicalin was 0.5-100.0 μg/ml（r=0.999 1）,the mean recovery was 101.14 % with RSD 0.69 %（n=9）.[Conclusion]The method is fast,simple and accurate,which can be applied for the quality control of Liyan Jiedu Keli.
