摘 要:[目的]研究蜜糖酵母废水厌氧处理工艺。[方法]采用UASB工艺来处理糖蜜酵母废水,降低其COD。在进行厌氧处理前,通过好氧剩余污泥的预处理,调节水样的pH值。[结果]该工艺处理效果较好,对SO42-有高达69%的去除率,同时COD也能下降50%,而且不用再投加碱。采用预处理,有利于UASB处理糖蜜酵母废水,提高COD去除率,使其稳定在60%左右。[结论]该研究为蜜糖酵母废水厌氧处理提供了试验参考和理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to research anaerobic treatment process.[Method]The UASB was used to deal with the molasses yeast wastewater for reducing COD.Before the anaerobic treatment,the aerobic sludge pretreatment was used to regulate the water sample pH.[Result]The results showed that the process was well and removal rate of SO42-was up to 69%,COD decreased by 50% and without readding alkali.The pretreatment was bebefit to for the UASB to deal with the molasses yeast wastewater,increased the removal rate of COD and at last stabilized at around 60%.[Conclusion]The study provided experimental reference and theoretical basis for anaerobic treatment of molasses yeast wastewater.
