泰州市冬季低温冻害预报及对策

摘　　要：通过分析泰州冬季天气气候特点,初步排查泰州冬季低温冻害对有关行业的影响,重点分析对农业(小麦、油菜等)、交通运输行业、供电负荷,以及对诸如建筑、自来水、砖瓦生产等行业的影响。同时,研究和分析了泰州冬季寒潮(强冷空气)和低温的形势特征,利用PP方法,研制了冬季逐日平均气温、最低气温、24 h最低气温变温等预报方法,并根据预报结果对可能影响的行业采取相应的低温防冻对策,取得了较好的效果。Through analyzing the climate characteristics of Taizhou in winter,the influence of freezing damage on the related professions was investigated initially,and the influence on the professions of agriculture（wheat,rape and so on）,transportation,power supply load,building,water supply,and tile production,etc.was analyzed emphatically.At the same time,the situation characteristics of winter cold wave（strong cold air） and low-temperature in Taizhou was studied and analyzed;and based on PP method,the forecast methods of the winter daily mean temperature,the lowest temperature and 24-hour lowest temperature,etc.were developed,meanwhile,the corresponding low-temperature freeze-proofing countermeasures were put forward for possible influenced industries according to the forecast results,moreover,reached a good effect.
