摘　　要：本文概述现代子力混凝土结构设计的发展，把“预应力”（Ｐｒｅｓｔｒｅｓｓ）的概念和理论扩展和延伸为“予力”（ＧｉＶｅｎ－ｆｏｒｃｅ）的新定义，提出现代予力混凝土结构设计新方法——索梁分载法。The development of given - force concrete structure is briefly introduced. The concept andtheory of 'prestress'are extended to the new definition of 'given -force'. The method ofload distribution of cable and beam is presented as a new method to design modern given -force structure.
