摘　　要：职业生涯规划指的是一个人对其一生中所承担职务历程的预期和计划。按照不同的职业生涯理论,提出了不同的职业生涯类型。大学生职业生涯规划已成为确定毕业生职业选择与人生事业走向的最重要决定因素。大学生职业生涯规划需要根据符合社会需要、符合自身发展、符合面向未来、符合操作性等四个原则。Career planning refers to a person＇ s objectives and plans for his lifetime career. According to different career theories, this paper puts forward different career types. College students career planning has become the most important factor which determines the graduate students＇ career choice and life directions. College students career planning is suggested to conform to social needs, students＇ own development ,future development and operability.
