摘 要:采用水平分布通道对降膜微反应器内的流体进行液体的分布,通过驱泡设计以保证分布通道内始终充满流体。实验研究了水平分布通道横截面积、进口方式及微通道数对流体分布的影响规律。结果表明,流体分布均匀度随分布通道横截面积增加而有所改善,随流量和降膜微通道数的增加而劣化;采用垂直进口方式时,流体分布均匀度有所提高。在实验范围内,流体分布的相对标准偏差小于10%,反映了所设计的分布通道可实现降膜微反应器内流体的均匀分布。A horizontal distributing channel was used to realize the uniform distribution of liqui a falling film microreactor, and a bubble driver was designed to remove the bubbles in the distributing channel and make the channel full of liquid. The experiment was performed to investigate the effect of dimension of cross section and the inlet type of distributing channel, number of falling film microehannels on the liquid distribution. The results showed that liquid distribution into falling film microchannel was improved with the larger dimension of cross section of distributing channel, while became worse with the increase of flow rate and the number of falling film microchannel. Meanwhile, the perpendicular inlet of distributing channel caused a non-full developed flow, which was in favor of uniform liquid distribution. According to measurement of the flow rate in every falling film microehannel, the relative standard deviation was less than 10 %, which indicated that the distributing channel used could realize a uniform distribution.
