摘　　要：随着全球化发展的日益深入,多边外交作为一种新的外交观和新型合作机制,得到了国际社会越来越多的关注。本文也正是在这样的背景下,从多边主义的视角来探讨印度"东向政策"中印度与东盟多边关系的发展以及多边合作机制的构建。As a newly developed outlook of diplomacy and a mechanism for cooperation in a rapidly globalizing world,multilateral diplomacy is enjoying increasing attention in the international community.Based on the perspective of multilateralism,this paper discusses India＇s Look East Policy and the progress of India-ASEAN multilateral relations and the construction of multilateral cooperative mechanism between the two.
