摘　　要：目的探讨老年鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术围手术期的处理原则和注意事项。方法回顾性分析62例经鼻内窥镜手术治疗老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的围手术期处理。结果所有患者均安全度过围手术期,未出现严重并发症。结论充分的围手术期准备,合理的围手术期用药,能有效的防止手术并发症,提高手术疗效。Objective： To explore the peri-operative treatments and some issues of endoscopic sinus surgery in the elders with chronic sinusitis.Methods： The peri-operative treatments of endoscopic sinus surgery in 62 elder patients were analysed retrospectively.Results： All the patients had perioperative security without serious complications.Conclusion： Prevention of opertional complications and improvement of the effect depend on sufficient preparation and proper drugs during perioperative period.
