摘  要:以矮秆玉米自交系44长分别与Mo17和嫩169杂交组合的六世代P1,P2,F1,B1,B2,F2为材料,采用主基因+多基因遗传模型分析方法,对株高的遗传进行研究,结果表明:玉米株高的遗传符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型,主基因遗传率在48.5%~83.0%,多基因遗传率在4.7%~28.7%。两个组合的主基因遗传效应差异较大,说明矮秆基因在不同遗传背景下表现出较大的差异。The method of major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model was used to analyze heredity of maize plant height.Six generations of 44 Chang(short stem maize inbred line)×Mo17 and 44 Chang×Nen19 were taken as basis material,and the analysis method of major gene and multi-gene genetic model to study the genetics.The results showed that the heredity of maize plant height matches two additive-dominant-epistasis plus additive-dominant polygene mixed inheritance model: the heritability of major gene is from 48.5% to 83.0%,and the heritability of polygene is from 4.7% to 28.7%.The distinct of the hereditary effects of major gene of the two groups is greater,which shows that short plant gene shows greater differences under different genetic backgrounds.
