摘　　要：裁判员制度的创立是日本司法改革的一个重要组成部分,是国民参与司法原则的重要体现。一般市民作为裁判员实质性地参与到刑事审判过程之中,对原有的诉讼模式造成冲击,给刑事司法的带来深刻的变革。The establishment of saiban-in system is an important part of judicial reform in Japan,which reflects the principle of the citizens＇ participation in justice.The common citizen as saiban-in takes part in the process of criminal trial substantially.It not only influences the original lawsuit pattern,but also reforms the profound transformation for criminal justice.
