摘  要:介绍了一种新的全自动焦度仪的光学系统的设计原理,即采用微珠双透镜准直系统。该系统改善了光学部分的准直性,提高了仪器的检测精度;另外由于被测镜片作为光学系统的一个组成部分暴露在外界环境中,太阳光及各种杂散光容易影响系统正常工作,即采用干涉和截止滤光技术研制出专用消杂光器件,提高了仪器的环境适应性和系统的信噪比。该系统能准确地测量眼镜片的度数,技术指标达到国家相关检验标准。This paper describes optical system design principle of a new automatic lensmeter, they are tiny pearl two lens alignment system. This system improves the collimation of optical parts and enhances the testing precision of the instrument. Another being measured lens as an integral part of the optical system is exposed to the environment, sunlight and various stray light tends to affect the normal work of the system. The special optical device of away miscellaneous light has developed by the interference and globe 5ilter technology. The environmental adaptability of the instrument and the signal-to-noise ratio of the system are enhanced. The system can accurately measure glass lens degree. Technical indexes has reached national related inspection standard.
