摘  要:采用多孔板作为水力空化发生器,研究了孔板几何参数、孔布置方式对孔板空化特性的影响,并结合废水处理实验确定最佳孔板.实验结果表明,孔交错布置的多孔板空化效果较径向布置的好;过流率越小空化数越小;对于相同孔径的孔板,孔数增加过流率和空化数均增大;对于相同过流率的孔板,孔径越小空化数较小.空化数接近1的孔板体系,处理废水的效果最好.在实验条件下,96×1交错布置孔板体系处理废水的效果最好.Porous plates were used in hydrodynamic cavitation reactor,and the effect of different porous plate parameters such as orifice diameter,area ratio and porous arrangement were investigated.At last,the porous plate hydrodynamic cavitation reactor was used in wastewater treatment experiments.From this study,it was found that the porous plate with porous cross layout is better than that with radial layout for wastewater treatment.The smaller the area ratio,the smaller cavitation number.For the same aperture plate,increase the number of holes area ratio and cavitation number increase.For the same area ratio plate,the smaller the aperture,the smaller cavitation number.The porous plate with cavitation number close to 1 has the best effect for wastewater treatment.Under the experimental conditions,the 96×1 porous plate is the best for wastewater treatment.
