新疆蔷薇红景天的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蔷薇红景天的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,用光谱法和化学方法鉴定结构。结果:从蔷薇红景天中分离得到4种化合物,分别鉴定为酪醇(Ⅰ)、红景天苷(Ⅱ)、没食子酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论:新疆蔷薇红景天的化学成分研究为新药开发利用奠定了基础,为进一步的药理及药效学研究奠定了基础。Objective：To study the chemical contents Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang.Methods：The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and structures were identified by spectral and chemical method.Results：Four chemical ccontents were isolated and identified as p-tyrosol（Ⅰ）、salidroside（Ⅱ）、gallic acid（Ⅲ）、daucosterol（Ⅳ） were isolated from the root of Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang.Conclusion：The chemical composition research has laid the foundation for the new medicine development,and the further study on pharmacological activity of Rhodiola rosea L.
