摘  要:目的探讨肝康颗粒的最佳醇提工艺。方法在丹参和郁金醇提工艺研究中,以加醇量、醇提时间、醇提次数为因素,各取3个水平,以丹参酮ⅡA和姜黄素的含量为评价指标,进行L9(34)正交试验,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果最佳醇提工艺为加5倍乙醇,提取2次,1 h/次。结论该制剂醇提工艺合理可行,有较好的重现性。Objective To study the optimal alcohol extraction technology of Gankang Granules.Methods In the alcohol extraction process of Danshen and radix curcumae,the alcohol volume,ethanol extracting time and times of ethanol extraction were used as the factors and the three levels for each factor were taken with the content of Tanshinone ⅡA and cucumin as the evaluating indexes.The L9(34) orthogonal test was performed to screen the optimal technology.Results The optimal technology was adding 5 times amount of ethanol,extracting twice,1 h each time.Conclusion Alcohol extraction technology is reasonable and feasible with better reproducibility.
