摘 要:通过从热力学角度研究ZND特种凝胶的溶解和稀释过程,建立了用稀释热评价凝胶抗稀释能力的方法,采用筛余率验证凝胶抗稀释能力,考察了相关影响因素。结果表明,温度是影响筛余率的主要因素,当ZND特种凝胶与水体积比为1:5时,1.5%的ZND特种凝胶在40℃、120r/min下剪切60 min和1.8%的ZND特种凝胶在60℃、120 r/min下剪切30 min后的筛余率均大于70%,ZND特种凝胶具有较好的抗稀释能力,满足现场堵漏应用要求。A method for evaluating the anti - dilution property of gel by dilution heat was developed based on the thermodynamic research on the dissolution and dilution process of ZND special gel, and relevant influencing factors were studied by characterizing the anti - dilution property of the gel by percent of screen residue. The results have shown that the temperature is the major factor affecting percent of screen residue. With the gel to water volume ratio of 1:5, the percent of screen residue is larger than 70% when the system with 1.5% of gel is sheared at 40 ℃ and 120 r/min for 60 rain and the system with 1.8% of gel is sheared at 60 ℃and 120 r/min for 30 min, indicating that the gel is of good anti -dilution capacity and can meet the requirement of plugging at site.
