对苯二酚/KHCO_3体系引发碳酸丙烯酯开环聚合反应的研究  被引量:1

摘  要:在对苯二酚/KHCO3体系中进行碳酸丙烯酯开环聚合反应中,得到一种聚醚碳酸酯二元醇。通过正交试验优化反应条件,采用IR,^1H NMR对产物结构进行表征,并测定了产品的相对分子质量及羟值。结果表明,在反应温度170℃,反应时间14h,KHCO3用量(以碳酸丙烯酯及对苯二酚的总的物质的量计)为2%,碳酸丙烯酯与对苯二酚物质的量比为19:1的条件下产品收率最高达78.6%。产品的重均相对分子质量为957.96,数均相对分子质量为478.98,多分散系数为2,羟值为212.2mg(KOH)/g。A polyether and carbonic ester diol was prepared by subjecting propylene carbonate to ring opening polymerization reaction in the presence of hydroquinone/KHCO3 initiating system. The reaction conditions were optimized via orthogonal tests, the structure of product was characterized by ^1H NMR, and the relative molecular mass and hydroxyl value of the product was determined. The results have shown that the product yield can be as high as 78.6% when the reaction temperature is 170 ℃, the reaction time is 14 h, the percent of KHCO3 consumption relative to the total mass of propylene carbonate and hydroquinone is 2% , and the mass ratio of propylene carbonate to hydroquinone is 19 : 1. The weight - average molecular weight of the product is 957.96, the number - average molecular weight is 478.98, the polydispersity index is 2, and the hydroxyl value is 212.2 mg (KOH)/g.
