摘　　要：本文融盲签名和ELGamal体制思想为一体,设计了一种基于改进ELGamal体制的盲签名电子现金方案。该方案的安全性依赖于离散对数困难问题,提高了目前电子现金交换的安全性。并对方案的安全和性能进行了分析比较,论证该方案具有很强的匿名性、不可伪造性和不可重复花费性,具有一定的理论和应用价值。This paper combined the virtues of blind signature with ELGamal digital signature and designed a blind signature of electronic cash scheme based on improved ELGamal digital signature. Its security relied on discrete logarithm problem and also improved the security of electronic cash. With the detailed analysis of its security and efficiency,it not only had the features of strong anonymity,Unforgeability and no double spending,but also had a certain degree of theoretical and application value.
