摘　　要：使用WMS的直播功能建立基于编码器的视频直播服务器,使用VLC的转码和转播功能建立支持不同格式视频流的网络视频转播服务器,构建成一套适应不同直播源的视频直播平台。同时采用WEB重启VLC的方式提高其工作过程中的相对稳定性,最后给出具体应用实例,应用效果达到了预期的设计目标。A kind of live video server adapting to different video source was established by using the live video function of WMS to build the encoder based live video server,using the function of video transcoding and broadcast to build Network video broadcast server that supports different format video flows. In order to keep the stability of the server,the VLC would be restarted through web. And at the end,an application instance was given,it achieved the expected effect.
