摘　　要：浅表淋巴结疾病常见于恶性肿瘤的转移、淋巴瘤、结核、炎症等,准确鉴别其性质对原发病的诊断、治疗以及疗效评价等有重要临床意义。超声、CT、MRI以及PET/CT在浅表淋巴结疾病诊断中的作用日益明显。本文就浅表淋巴结疾病的影像学检查进展做一综述。Superficial lymphadenoathy is common symptom in the patients with malignant metastasis,lymphoma,tuberculosis or inflammation,therefore,the accurate differentiation is of great importance for diagnosis,therapy and assessment of the primary disease.With the development of technology,the role of ultrasound,CT,MRI and position emission tomography-computed tomography in the differential diagnosis of superficial lymphadenopathy is obvious.The progress of imaging examination of superficial lymphadenopathy was reviewed in this article.
