摘　　要：90年代特别是进入新世纪以来,河南城乡人均可支配收入比例总体上保持增长的态势,但城乡之间的收入差距也呈现出不断增加的趋势。基尼系数和泰尔熵指数分析表明,河南省城镇居民与农村居民收入差距在2002年以后呈上升趋势,农村内部的分配差距大于城镇内部。从总体看,收入差距尚在居民可承受范围之间波动。调整城乡结构,大幅提升政府支农力度,加大农村公共事业投入,加快区域城镇化进程,打破城乡二元结构约束,是缓解问题的基本对策。The co-ordinate development of urban and rural is one of the focus problems of the development of the central regions.There are some consultive signficances for the co-ordinate development of urban and rural in the development of the central regions depended on the research of the income gap of urban and rural of Henan province.Through the Gini coefficient and the Theil＇s entropy measure,we accurately measured the income gap of Henan province from high、middle and low,from which we found that the trend of income gap between urban and rural residents of Henan province increases since reform and opening up,but it reaches moment top in 2002.It makes up the limitation in qualitative analysis,and we put forward the countermeasures for solving the Co-ordinate development of urban and rural of Henan province.
