摘 要:水的混凝(絮凝)投药自动控制对提高水处理效果及经济运行都具有重要意义。透光率脉动检测技术的检测值R能反映出水中絮凝体尺寸 ,从而可以作为混凝 (絮凝 )程度的一个指标来控制投药。本文对常规浊度原水条件下的透光率脉动混凝投药自控系统设定值的主要影响因素进行了分析 ,着重研究原水浊度变化的影响。首次提出以投药反应后2min左右处的透光率脉动检测值R2 与原水检测值的比值α作为自控制系统的控制参数 ,并对其可行性进行了分析论证。The automatic control of coagulant(flocculant)dosage is of great significance for improving the treatment process and economic operation.The R value of monitoring the fluctuation of transmitted of random variations can be regarded as an index of coagulation(flocculation)degree to control dosage, due to its relation to the floc size. This article analyzed the contributing factors which affect the set point of coagulant dosage autocontrol system of fluctuation of transmitted light detecting in the field of general turbidity water treatment, laid stress on the changing of the turbidity of raw water. First brought a new scheme forward that is to build up the autocontrol system by the αvalue(α=R2 value detected at about 2min in flocculating process/R21 detected in raw water),and studied the feasibility of this scheme.
