摘 要:采用活性炭吸附过滤/Fenton试剂氧化法 ,对硫酸盐木浆造纸厂污冷凝水中的难降解有机物的去除效果进行了研究。并对Fenton试剂氧化法对COD去除率的各种实验条件及影响因素进行了详细研究。结果表明 ,当H2O2 与Fe2+的化学计量比 (过去称摩尔比 )在8∶1~10∶1之间时 ,pH3~5 ,反应时间为1h,H2O2投量为6.6mL/L污冷凝水时 ,即去除每mg/LCOD需要H2O2 0.2mmol、Fe2 +0.02mmol,可使污冷凝水的COD去除率达75 %左右。处理后的水质清澈透明、无味。其COD值均可达到国家二级排放标准。A study on the treatment of distilled water containing pollutants from sulphate woodpulping paper mill has been carried out. Experimental results demonstrated that the refractory organic compounds could be removed by the processes of adsorption with granular activated carbon, followed by the oxidation with Fenton reagent.The effects of the experimental conditions on COD removal efficiencies have been studied in detail. The results indicated that when the mole ratios of H2O2 and Fe2+were between 8 :1 and 10 :1, pH between 3 and 5, reaction time of 1h and the dose of H2O2 at 6.6mL/L waste water, it meaned the removal of per mg/L COD needed 0.2mmol H2O2 and 0.02mmol Fe2+. COD removal efficiencies reached about 75%. The final treated water was clear and had no smell, with COD all below 300mg/L and could meet the National Discharge Criteria (Grade Ⅱ)in pulping process.
