摘 要:采用筛选、驯化的工程菌 ,对使用16个月已经失效的GAC进行固定化 ,使之成为BAC ,通过CODMn和浊度探讨了延长活性炭使用寿命的可行性。经过近一年的运行 ,BAC的净化效能与新的GAC相当 ,出水CODMn<2.5mg/L,浊度<2.0NTU ,延长活性炭使用寿命一年以上 ,具有可观的经济效益。Bio-activated carbon(BAC)has been developed on the non-effective granular activated carbon(GAC)after 16 month′s operation by immobilization of the selected and acclimated species of engineering bacteria. The feasibility of extending the life of activated carbon has been investigated by study of such parameters as CODMn and turbidity. Through almost one year′s operation, BAC showed better performance than that of the virgin GAC in that effluent CODMn< 2.5 mg/L and turbidity< 2.0 NTU. The life of GAC has been extended for more than one year, resulting in great economical benefits.
