摘　　要：在新的历史条件下,工会法人资格问题已经逐渐超出仅仅着眼于保障基层工会在民事活动中的主体地位,保护工会财产等范畴。对于工会来说,明确工会法人的性质,平衡工会法人的权利和责任,逐步扩大工会法人的责任范围,是适应形势发展,解决工会不作为等实践问题,更好地维护职工合法权益的必然要求,同时对完善工会法人资格也具有重要意义。Under the new historical conditions,the issue of trade union＇s legal personality has come out of the areas of the protection of grass-roots trade unions status of actors and the protection of property of trade unions.To clear the nature of trade union＇s legal personality,balance the rights and responsibilities of trade union legal person and gradually expand the scope of union liability of legal persons,is the necessary requirement.
