摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑思维等方法,分析了第16届亚运会知识产权的概念及法律保护的重大意义,阐述了第16届亚运会知识产权侵权的特征及其保护策略。保护亚运会知识产权的商业价值,既为亚运会的发展提供了稳定的财政保障,又保护了合法赞助商的权益,还能促使亚运会健康地发展,同时对我国今后举办大型体育赛事知识产权保护提供较高的借鉴价值。By methods of documentary summary and logic,This paper analyzes the concept of the 16th Asian Games intellectual property right and the importance of its legal protection.This paper also clarifies the feature of the infringement of The 16th Asian Games marks and how to protect them.The results show that protection of the commercial values of its intellectual property rights has not only offered a stable financial guarantee for the development of the Asian Games movement,and protect the right and benefit for the sponsors,but also encouraged the Asian Games to develop healthily.This paper also have great reference value for the protection of sport competitions intellectual property right in China.
