摘　　要：目的探讨胡桃夹综合征的误诊原因及临床上如何避免误诊。方法选择自2005年12月—2009年12月河南中医学院第一附属医院肾病内科收治的外院误诊为肾脏病等的胡桃夹综合征患者157例进行回顾性研究。结果 157例患者经相关检查,排除肾脏病等其它疾病,立卧位彩超左肾静脉的变化符合胡桃夹的诊断,最终157例患者确诊为胡桃夹综合征。结论综合临床特点、诊断要点、必要的仪器检查等是提高该病的诊断的关键。Objective To explore the reasons of misdiagnosis of nutcracker syndrome and how to avoid. Methods Choose 157 cases with nut cracker syndrome hospilalized in our hospital from Dec. 2005 to Dec 2009 and misdiagnosed as renal disease in other hospital, conduct retrospective analysis. Results All the 157 cases underwent repated exam and excluded renal disease, conduct ultrasound patiants left kidney veins and in accordance with the diagnosis of nut cracker syndrome, finally all the 157 cases diagnosed as nutcracker syndrome. Conclusion Connecting clinical characters, diagnosis keys and necessary equipments are important for the diagnosis of the disease.
