摘　　要：全面阐述了建国５０ 年以来特别是改革开放２０ 年来，江西省水土保持工作在机构、队伍、科技、监督执法、治理措施等方面的发展和完善的过程．用大量的事例，证实了江西省水土保持工作所取得的成效，并从５ 个方面总结了所积累的经验，为２１This paper stated the development and improving course of water and soil conservation work in Jiangxi province in organization,troops,science and technology,supervision and control measurement since our country was founded in 1949.Many examples proved the effect of water and soil conservation.At last,this paper summerized the experience and put forward a good method fordevelopment of water and soil conservation of Jiangxi province.
