摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了在安装调试或搬迁岛津MXF系列χ荧光光谱仪时,为了大幅降低仪器的故障率,需要注意:电源及独立地线的要求、χ射线管的检测及安装步骤、计数器的合理布局及安装、冷却水的各项指标、送电时的训管程序、各块控制电路板参数的正确设定、给仪器首次送电时各项报警参数的检测及确认等几个关键问题,并对相应的事项进行了归纳总结。The paper systemically introduces the several key issues to reduce the failure rate when installing the SHIMADZU MXF χ-ray fluorescence spectrometer.These key issues include the special ground and power requirements,testing and installation steps of χ-ray tube,rational distribution to install the detectors,cooling water parameters,aging procedure,correctly set each PCB parameters,all alarm parameters when starting the instrument.The summary of corresponding notes is made.
