论医学工程技术人员的“全科培养”

摘　　要：新医改提出了"有效减轻居民就医费用负担,切实缓解‘看病难、看病贵’"的近期目标。作者针对医学工程技术人员在建立高效医疗服务体系、降低医疗机构诊疗成本中的重要作用,通过对比全科医生的定义、性质及在社区工作内容,提出了将医学工程技术人员培养成"全科型"人才的新理念。并总结出"全科型"医学工程技术人员的培养内容和培养目标,同时,建议医疗机构从长远利益出发,为医学工程技术人员的发展创造激励机制。The short-term goal of the government＇s medical reform is to improve the quality of the national healthcare system.The author studies the role of medical engineering technicians during the reform and recognizes their importance in establishing highly efficient medical service system and reducing the cost of medical treatment.By comparing the definitions,qualities and working content in communities of general practitioners and medical engineering technicians,the author proposes that medical engineering technicians should be trained to be general medical personnel,summarizes the training content and aims,and suggests that medical institutions should build motivation mechanism in for the development of medical engineering technicians in consideration of long-term interests.
