心肌缺血再灌注损伤血流变性及血小板改变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察心肌缺血再灌注损伤时血流变性及血小板的改变。方法选择新西兰大耳白兔结扎左冠状动脉前降支造成心肌缺血45min后再开放,制成心肌缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型。观察实验动物血流变性和血小板的改变。以假手术组和对照组作为实验对照,检测其血液流变学及血小板指标并作统计学处理。结果血液流变学指标,实验组均明显高于假手术组和对照组;假手术组和对照组之间血液流变学指标无明显差异,实验组的血小板指标均低于假手术组和对照组。结论心肌缺血再灌注损伤对血流变性和血小板有明显影响,导致微循环出现障碍。Objective To study the changes of hemorheology and platelet on animal with myocardial ischemic reperfusion,Methods Newzeland rabbits were subjected to total occlusion of left anterior descending ratery for 45 min（LAD） and then followed by reperfusion.Hemorheoloical index and platelet index in LAD group,Sham group and control group were examined.Results Disturbance of hemorheology in LAD group have occurred.LAD group were higher by sham group and control group in hemorhrological index.Hemorheoloical index in sham group and control group were not difference.LAD group were lower by sham group and control group in platelet index.Conclusion Hemorheoloical and platelet index has marked change in the animal with myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.Microcirculation and hemorheology occurred disturbance.
