摘　　要：目的通过分析学校聚集性发病的甲型H1N1流感患者,探索甲型H1N1流感聚集性发病的特点,为社区爆发的预防和救治积累经验。方法对2009年9月我院收治的78例学校内甲型H1N1流感患者进行回顾性分析。结果 78例患者集中在新学期开学后聚集性发病,表现为发热、咽痛、咳嗽等流感样症状,治疗包括奥司他韦、中药等;所有患者痊愈出院,无重症患者出现。结论本组甲型H1N1流感以轻症表现为主,尚无重症患者。早期发现、及时隔离是阻断传播的有效方法。Objective To explore the features of the aggregate cases of influenza A/H1N1 and accumulate the prevention methods and the clinical experience of treatment for the community by analyzing the clinical characteristics of the aggregate cases of influenza A/H1N1 in school.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestation of 78 cases gathered in school in certain hospital of the Infectious Diseases in Sichuan Province.Results 78 patients were concentrated in the new semester.Most of them had influenza-like symptoms such as fever,cough,sore throat etc.The novel type A/H1N1 virus infection was confirmed by real-time PCR.The treatment includes Oseltamivir,Chinese traditional medicine,and so on.All patients recovered from the hospital,no severe cases appeared.Conclusion It is a group with light H1N1 flu disease performance,and no critical case appears.Early detection and timely isolation is the effective method of blocking communication.
