摘 要:本文以合成金刚石后的触媒废料为原料,添加一定的金属成分经过电解沉积,制备成SB-1预合金粉末。对SB-1粉末进行了形貌分析,对添加了SB-1的胎体粉末进行了冷压和热压试验,并进行了刀头切割对比试验。结果表明,SB-1预合金粉料可以明显提高胎体对金刚石的把持力,大幅度提高锯片的切割性能。特别是在切割厚板时优势更明显。文中还从降低生产成本、清洁环境等方面进行了分析对比。Taking used powder catalyst after diamond synthesizing as starting material, with addition of certain metal elements, and by method of electro-deposition, the author developed a new kind of prealloyed powder-SB - 1. The powder was analyzed by morphology . The cold pressed and hot pressed segments of the powder were tested for hardness and compactness. Cutting tests on granite were also conducted . The results indicated that , SB - 1 powder segments showed better retention to diamonds and advantageous cutting performances including remarkably increased cutting speed , especially in cutting thick stone slabs. Advantages of SB-1 in respects of cost-reducing and environment friendly was also presented.
