摘 要:按不同配比将液态环氧树脂/固化剂、纳米SiO2粉体和金刚石磨料搅拌均匀形成料浆,采用浇注法制备环氧树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,分析了填料纳米SiO2含量对磨块性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量纳米SiO2可以有效阻止金刚石磨料在料浆中沉降,改善磨块的性能;当金刚石粒度为200/230,环氧树脂含量为26%时,随着纳米SiO2含量在0~4%范围内增加,磨块的抗弯强度、耐热和耐磨性能都有明显提高,达到4%时为最佳;当纳米SiO2含量在4%以上继续增加时,磨块的抗弯强度、耐热和耐磨性均呈现下降趋势。Resin bond diamond whetstones were prepared by slurry casting method using epoxy resin/curing agent , diamond grits (200/230), and nano SiO2 powders as filler. Effect of nano SiO2 powders upon the performances of the whetstones was studied. The results indicated that, a proper amount of nano SiO2 added into the slurry could not only prevent the diamond grits from precipitating, but also improve the performances of the whetstone. In the condition of diamond grit size 200/230, epoxy'resin amount 26 % , the bending strength , thermal and wear resistance of the whetstone increased along with the increase of the SiO2content from 0% to 4 %. However, when the content of SiO2 was beyond 4 % , such performances tended to be poorer.
