煤岩分析在配煤炼焦中的应用研究

摘　　要：利用煤岩分析方法对煤质进行鉴定和对混煤情况的辨别在配煤炼焦生产中十分重要,它在某些方面弥补了工业分析在检验煤质上的不足之处。本文依据煤的镜质组反射率具有加和性的特点,通过单种煤反射率分布图合成配合煤反射率分布图指导配煤炼焦,可以改善焦炭的质量。The analysis method of using petrographic analysis to identify coal quality and distinguish the situation of mixed coal coke production is very important in blending.This method has made up some insufficient aspects of proximate analysis in coal quality test.In the paper,based on additive property of reflectance for single kind of coal to combine into reflectance distribution diagram of coal blend to guide coal blend for coke-making,this can improve the quality of coke.
