摘　　要：介绍了斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿、贝克休斯、威德福等四大测井服务公司的技术管理模式,包括研发组织形式、研发管理方式、技术获取策略等。分析总结了这几家公司的技术管理与发展特点以及对中国测井业务发展的启示和建议。This paper describes the technology innovations of the major logging service companies（Schlumberger,Halliberton,Bakerhughes,Weatherford）,including the RD organizational structure,RD management,the strategies of technology acquisition.Summarized the characteristics of technology innovations in these campanies hereby are beneficial to the development of well logging technology and service in China.
