摘  要:针对油气田开采中射孔工艺对井下高温、高压、高冲击等测试环境的特殊实际情况,根据存储测试技术的特殊要求,结合实际射孔信号的特点,对井下压力测试系统的要求及关键技术进行研究,对采样策略、仪器功耗、环境适应性方面提出了可行性方法。给出了存储测试系统设计方案,说明了系统实现原理。经过大庆油田测井现场实验结果表明,该存储测试系统能够精确地记录下井、射孔和压裂恢复整个施工过程的压力数据,为高质量打开油气层,进一步研究射孔工艺机理提供理论依据。Perforation is important to the oil and gas exploration and the harsh testing environment with high temperature,high pressure and high impact.According to the special requirements of storage testing technology and the characteristics of the actual perforation signals,studied are the requirements to downhole pressure testing system and key technology,and at the same time proposed is a feasible method for sampling strategy,instrument power consumption and environment adaptability.Finally,given are the overall system design and its implementation principle.Field test in Daqing Oil Field shows that the memory test system can accurately record the entire construction process data include going down,perforating and fracturing pressure restore,which provides a theoretical basis for opening the reservoir high-quality and further research on perforation process mechanism.
