摘 要:利用API标准检测设备进行了多弹型、多岩心、多压力条件下的实弹射孔试验。研究结果表明,射孔弹穿深与药量、岩石强度、孔隙度、声波速度、有效应力的变化具有明显的对应关系。如果射孔弹药量、孔隙度越大,岩石强度、声波速度、有效应力越小,则射孔弹地层穿深越大;反之,则穿透深度越小。在射孔弹地面混凝土靶穿深数据的基础上,利用声波速度预测射孔弹地层穿透深度是可行的,而且可以给出连续的地层穿透深度剖面,对于射孔优化设计非常有利。射孔孔眼直径参数稳定,与射孔弹药量、套管性能关系密切,与射孔所穿地层关系不大。Actual perforation tests have been done with different shaped charges,rock cores and pressure system conditions according to API standard inspection equipment.The results show that the corresponding relationships between penetration and the dose,rock strength,porosity,acoustic velocity and effective stress are obvious.Generally speaking,if the shaped charge dose and the rock porosity are higher,at the same time,the rock strength,acoustic velocity and effective stress are lower,the penetration will be longer.Otherwise,the penetration will be shorter.The research also indicates that it is feasible to predict the charge penetration in formation with the acoustic velocity of rock.Furthermore,the continuous penetration profile could be obtained by means of the logging data.This is very important to the optimum design of perforation.Otherwise,the diameter of penetration hole is stable.This parameter depends not on the formation character but on the dose of charge and the casing property.
