摘  要:目前生产碳酸镧产品普遍要采用P507—盐酸全捞转型工序来除杂。为了降低生产成本,并有利于节能减排,文中采用化学法除杂的方法,研究了反应温度、稀土浓度、碳铵流量、终点pH值等因素对碳酸镧产品中非稀土杂质含量的影响。At present,it is common to decontaminate the products with the working procedure of P507 to extract Rare Earth from lanthanum carbonate products with hydrochloric acid.In order to reduce production costs as well as be propitious to energy conservation and emission reduction,the chemical methods for edulcoration are introduced in the paper.Moreover,the effects of factors such as reaction temperature,concentration of the Rare Earth,flow rate of ammonium carbonate,terminal pH values on the non-RE impurities in lanthanum carbonate products are studied.
