摘　　要：医院物流控制既是医院内部控制的核心内容,又是医院成本控制的关键及重要手段。加强物流控制可以降低医院运行成本,提高社会群众对医院的满意度及公信力,从而增强医院竞争实力,促进医院经济持续健康发展,确保医院社会效益的不断提高。Logistics control is not only the core of a hospital＇s internal control but also the key and important means for cost control in the hospital management.Strengthening logistics control can reduce the operation cost and enhance the satisfaction and credibility from the public,thus enhance the hospital＇s competitiveness,promote a rapid and sustainable development of hospital economy,and guarantee the steady rise of the hospital＇s social benefit.
