摘　　要：移动互联网、3G、宽带接入、三网融合、物联网、转型、走出去……盘点2010年,这些技术、业务、应用乃至企业发展战略上呈现出的诸多亮点,反映出中国电信运营市场怎样的发展态势?对即将到来的2011年又将产生哪些影响?Over the past more than a year,the telecommunications industry suffered an unprecedented downturn due to the global financial crisis,causing a sharp decline in revenue growth and to a greater or lesser degree a reduction in profit level.However,since the second half of 2010,with the global economic recovery and the growth in restructuring business,the telecommunications industry is making its effort to emerge from the trouble.Driven by the recovery of global industry,the promotion of the full-service operation,3G,and informatization and other positive factors,coupled with sustained economic growth of domestic demand,the China telecommunications service market has stepped into a stable recovery phase.Looking ahead,the telecommunications industry still plays a significant role in the national economy as China's strategic industry.The future development of the telecommunications industry will not only be based on providing people with a variety of communication services,but putting more emphasis on the integration of greater information technology,information contents and information services.For general users,the industry will provide them with informationized way of life and work,richer and more convenient experiences.For business users,the industry will bring revolution of production mode,improved efficiency,and significant decline in power consumption and pollution.At present,the trend has been revealed in many aspects of China's telecommunications industry.
