摘　　要：针对直流调速系统对转速的控制精度问题,提出了一种采用CNC的直流调速系统。介绍了PID算法的数字化方法及最优PID参数的设定方法,使直流调速系统的动、静态品质有了较大的提高。Aiming at the accuracy problem of rotational speed in control of direct current regulating speed system,an direct current regulating speed system taken on CNC is proposed and the digitalized method of PID control algorithm,setting method of the optimum PID parameter are introduced in this paper.So as to make a great improvement of direct current regulating speed system in dynamic and static state quality.
