多功能寝具对高黏滞血症患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察多功能寝具对高黏滞血症患者血液流变学的影响。方法：60例高黏滞血症患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例。观察组每晚均使用多功能寝具6～8h，连续2．5个月；对照组用普通寝具。两组均于实验前后取全血，测定血液流变学的各项指标。结果：观察组实验后在高切变率（200／s）、中切变率（100／s，30／s）下的全血黏度、全血还原黏度均较实验前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；而对照组低切变率下（3／s）的全血黏度较实验前明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组血沉、血沉方程K值、红细胞刚性指数亦分别较实验前明显下降或减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；对照组实验后以上各项指标较实验前均元明显变化，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：多功能寝具有降低血液黏度、改善血液流变特性的作用。Objective ： To observe the effects of muhifunctional bedclothing on the hemorrheology in patients with blood hyperviscosity syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with blood hyperviscosity syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in experimental group （30 cases） used muhifunctional bedclothing for 6 - 8 hours at night for 2.5 successive months, and the patients in control group used ordinary bedclothing. Whole blood was sampled from all subjects to determine the hemorrheological parameters before and after the experiment. Results： After the experiment, whole blood viscosity and whole blood reduced viscosity at high shear rate of 200 s^ -1, and at medium shear rate of 100 s^ -1 or 30 s^ -1, were significantly decreased in experimen- tal group, while whole blood viscosity at low shear rate of 3 s^-1 was significantly increased in control group. The erythrocyte sedi- mentation rate （ESR）, the K value of the ESR equation, and the erythrocyte rigidity index were also significantly decreased in experimental group after the experiment But there were no remarkable differences in the above parameters in control group between the before and after the experiment. Conclusion： The muhifunctional bedclothing has an effect in decreasing the blood viscosity and in improving the hemorrheology.
