摘　　要：本文针对传统不定形耐火材料施工中存在的缺点,结合国外新工艺、新装备的发展趋势,设计开发了几种不定形耐材施工的新工艺、新装备及配套材料。其中部分新工艺和新装备均属国内首创,与传统施工工艺相比,具有施工更快捷、更环保、施工体性能更优良等特点。This text aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional unshaped refractory construction,Combined with new technology abroad,the development trend of new equipment,design and developed the unshaped refractory construction of several new technology,new equipment and supporting materials.some new processes and New Equipments are the initiate of home and they are better than traditional Construction Techniques with high performance,environmental Protection and Prompt and Smooth Construction.
