摘 要:汽车车架作为汽车联结各种零部件的基体,承载着来自路面和其他部件的各种复杂载荷的作用,其刚度与强度对汽车整体设计起到重要作用。对车架进行改型设计是产品优化改进的一个重要部分。文章基于三维设计软件UG和有限元分析软件Ansys,对微型电动车车架结构性能进行了分析,并在满足强度和刚度的条件下,对车架结构进行了优化设计,开发出一种适合各种路面行驶的新型电动车车架结构。The automobile frame as the base connects automobile to various parts,carrying a variety of complex loading effects from road and other components,whose stiffness and strength plays an important role for the car overall design.The frame modified design is an important part of products optimization and improvement.The optimization based on three-dimensional design software UG and finite element analysis software Ansys is carried out.The double frame is used for frame design,which suits for micro-electric vehicle carrying characteristics,the frame static strength and stiffness is analyzed,and under the condition of meeting the strength and stiffness,the frame structure has been optimization design,a new frame structure of electric vehicle has been developed for a variety of road traffic.
