摘　　要：探讨以工作过程和用人单位要求为导向,以工作任务为核心,围绕课程设置、教学培养模式等相关方面对学生进行培养的教学方法,使学生成为既懂汽车理论知识和电子知识,又懂实践操作技术的高素质、高技术应用型人才。Automotive electronics professional students have been poor of professional core competencies in higher vocational school,which caused the trade and social acceptance of students decreasing.Then the teaching method based on work process is very suitable for modern vocational education.This paper introduced the ways to train the students to understand the practical operation of high-quality technology and application of high-tech through the course offering and the training model,based on the guide of work process and requirements for employer-oriented and the tasks as the core.
