摘　　要：水资源优化配置问题是一个多目标决策问题,该文在分析水资源优化配置基本概念及内涵的基础上,依据水资源配置的原则及目标,对基于经济目标、环境目标与社会目标的水资源优化配置多目标决策模型进行了较为深入的分析,并探讨了模型的求解及决策方案的选择,可为水资源优化配置多目标决策问题提供一定的理论和实践指导。Water resource＇s optimal disposition is a multi-target decision-making problem.On the basis of analyzing the basic concept and connotation of water resource＇s optimal deposition,according to the principle and aim of water resource＇s optimal disposition.Based on the economical,environmental and social goal,this paper made a depth analysis ofmulti-target decision-making model of the water resource＇s optimal deposition.The decision-making of the model and project was discussed.To a certain extent,it offers both practical and theoretical guidance for the problem of water resource optimal deposition multi-target decision-making.
